Last time I watched this film, I was doing karate. One torn ACL and many years later, I've been doing Tai Chi for 10 years, so I'm curious so see my impressions now

Found an old photo (c.1985) of me, I'd taken a class in karate when I was stationed in North Carolina. Never really got interested in it. I got into rugby after that. Fifteen years after that, some community classes in tai chi yang style, short form. Which is the extent of my martial arts
